Mercy-Ministry

For scarcely for a righteous man will one die, yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us. (Roman 5:7)

  • Love Never Fails.

    1 CORTH 13:8

It was all about love from the beginning, it is still about love, and it will always be about love, for God is Love.

In the beginning, God made the heavens and the earth, and every living creature. In Genesis, the bible tells us that everything that God has made, was good. When God made the first man; Adam and Eve, it was so that they dwell in his presence because it was good for them. But when man disobeyed God and ate of the tree, that God commanded not to eat, Sin entered the world. This led to death… a separation from God.

When Sin entered the world through Adam, the first man, death came to reign on all mankind.    And since God is Holy and cannot cooperate with sin, there was no way for man to come to Him.

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Roman 3: 23)

Who then can save us, and be the way back to God?

Blessed be the God and the father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who rich in mercy, made a way by to himself, by sending his one and only Son to die for us.

For scarcely for a righteous man will one die, yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us. (Roman 5:7)

To restore this relationship and reconcile us back to himself, God sent his Son to die for us !

For God so loved the world, he gave his one and only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him be saved. (John 3:16)

Jesus Christ fulfilled all the laws and prophecies, bore our sins on his flesh and was counted as cursed, while he knew no sin. He died on the cross in our place. And as the bible says, three days later, He conquered death and was raised from the dead.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the pure lamb of God, was found to be the perfect and acceptable sacrifice upon the altar of God.  He is the propitiation for our sins. This is the great love with which God loved us, even unto the sacrificing of his one and only Son, so that we might have eternal life.

Anyone who rejects Jesus and this free gift of eternal life, has also rejected the Son of God, whom God has sent to die for him or for her ,on the cross. This person will go to hell; to a place of torment and never ceasing fire; to a place never prepared for humans, but as a place of punishment for the angels who have rebelled against God. (2 Peter 2:4).

But for us who believe in Jesus Christ, we have become the children of God. And Jesus is faithful enough to save those, who come to God, through him. The bible promises he will intercede for them, as he lives forever. (Heb 7:25)

If you are not in Christ, you are in the immediate need of Savior, for the kingdom of God is at hand.  You are separated from God and have no life.

For he who has the son has life. And he who does not have the son does not have life. (1 John 5:12)

If you want to make that decision today, say the following prayer,

“Lord Jesus, I repent of my sins and surrender my life. Wash me clean. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. That he died on the cross for my sins and rose again on the third day for my Victory, I believe that in my heart and make confession with my mouth, that Jesus is my Savior and Lord. I receive eternal life, in Jesus name, Amen.”

If you prayed this prayer, you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior. Please, call or go to your nearby church to have fellowship with those in Christ & grow in your faith.

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of GOD, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

    Your sister in christ,

    Gifti Kenea
